Have you ever washed the feet of saints as did Yeshua [Wrongly referred as "Jesus"]? He took water and a towel and washed the feet of his own disciples though he was the son of god, the promised hope, the savior, god himself in flesh. The disciples knew this and thus they did not understand why Yeshua [Wrongly referred as "Jesus"] humbles himself so much before them to kneel down and wash their feet. They knew they should have kneel down and worship Yeshua [Wrongly referred as "Jesus"]. But the son of man knew exactly what he was doing.

When he arrived to Peter, the disciple denied saying that he should have washed the feet of him. But Yeshua [Wrongly referred as "Jesus"] answered and said “if you don’t allow me to wash your feet you have nothing in common with me”. Peter realized the seriousness of his words that it is about something that he might not understand yet, and said: “so then wash not only my feet but as well my hands and head”.

Yeshua [Wrongly referred as "Jesus"] made this to the disciples to show them how they should act to one another and that they should follow him in this as well, to wash the feet of one antoher. “You don’t understand what I’m doing to you now, but you will understand”, and indeed they understood later what is brotherly love, patience and humbleness.

Yeshua [Wrongly referred as "Jesus"] also said that there is no bigger love than if someone gives his life for his friends. He gave his life to give us an example. Those who are not ready to give their lives for others worth nothing. We have the example, a humble, humiliated word of god so that we might follow his example and have eternal life in him.
