New Month NOT New Moon - Beware of the Pharisee Lunar Calendar

A trend is emerging on the Internet, that supposedly we shall keep the New Moon days. This is based on a wrong translation of the King James, ESV, NIV style Bibles. It's a New Month celebration NOT a New Moon celebration! The New Month day is to be observed during the Day (Light) not at Night (Darkness) and according to the Hanoch (Enoch) Solar calendar not a Pharisee Lunar calendar. The New Month is determined by the Sun and not by the Moon - just as Hanoch tells us.

Month not Moon

And David said to Jonathan, “Indeed tomorrow is the New Moon, and I should not fail to sit with the king to eat. But let me go, that I may hide in the field until the third day at evening.

- 1 Samuel 20:5 (Blue Letter Bible, NKJV)

The Hebrew word translated to New Moon is

חֹדֶשׁ

transliterated to English as

Chodesh

meaning Month. The translators incorrectly translated this to Moon.

Moon translated correctly

Compare the above verse to the following verse where clearly Joseph is talking about the Moon.

Then he dreamed still another dream and told it to his brothers, and said, “Look, I have dreamed another dream. And this time, the sun, the moon, and the eleven stars bowed down to me.”

- Genesis 37:9 (Blue Letter Bible, NKJV)

The Hebrew word translated to New Moon is

יָרֵחַ

transliterated to English as

"Yarayach"

meaning Moon. This is a correct translation.

Obviously, the Pharisees wanted the translators to use the word New Moon so that they can deceive us into following the Lunar calendar. Yet, we're given insights by Hanoch (Enoch) that we shall follow a Solar calendar. More about this later.

Let's use our Yahuah-given brains and logic and defend truth and go against lies and anything that does not make sense!
