Ready-To-Go

I live in a cave

Where I feel safe

But knives are coming soon

To bleed my spoon

There’s nobody been left

Whom I would be waiting for

To guide me right or left

Who could enter the door

Now I believe only

In a new future

What is waiting for me

To be my teacher

And only a song

What can speed me up

Tells me if I’m wrong

Tells me to stop

Moves my legs

From the wax

And slightly stops my tears

From the eyes of fears

I am harmed

They want to lose my way

Yet, I still keep it now

At least today

There’s nobody been left

Whom I would be waiting for

To guide me right or left

Who could enter the door

Now I believe only

In a new future

What is waiting for me

To be my teacher

And only a song

What can speed me up

Tells me if I’m wrong

Tells me to stop

Moves my legs

From the wax

And slightly stops my tears

From the eyes of fears

I look at the sky

From the dust for help

But I’m leaving soon

To find myself

There’s nobody been left

Whom I would be waiting for

To guide me right or left

Who could enter the door

Now I believe only

In a new future

What is waiting for me

To be my teacher

And only a song

What can speed me up

Tells me if I’m wrong

Tells me to stop

Moves my legs

From the wax

And slightly stops my tears

From the eyes of fears.
