A Dutchman, Wim Hof, holds several world records of icy dangers. He was under the Norht Pole ice, in ice room and around very cold stuffs. Most human being would die in such conditions what he endured. But when I read through the article on Telegraph the mystery was revealed: he uses an occult meditation technique to generate heat in his body by his mind. So we should read he is not enduring as a human, the occult spirits give him power to be under freezing water, cold air or whatever he wishes. He gave himself to this spirit.
